Delavnica: Hands on Hacking

In this workshop you will take a hackers point of view and get your hands dirty with basic network scanning and hacking. The workshop will guide you through the steps a hacker would (likely) take when attacking your (internal) network. You will scan and attack several systems in our virtual lab.
The workshop is intended for everyone that has some basic knowledge about TCP/IP and other protocols and wants to expand their knowledge in this field.
During this workshop, the following topics are covered:
- A quick overview on how TCP/IP works.
- How we can use Wireshark to capture and inspect packets?
- Mapping internal networks with nmap.
- Identifying vulnerabilities in systems with open source tools.
- Exploiting publicly known vulnerabilities with open source tools.

For the workshop you need to bring your laptops and install VMware player (free) or VMware workstation. You need at least 40 GB of free space on your hard disk.
